Material

The product is made of100% synthetic nitrile material, containing no natural rubber latex proteins. The direct value of this choice is: it completely eliminates the risk of latex allergic reactions (from skin redness and swelling to severe anaphylactic shock) for both healthcare workers and patients. Synthetic nitrile also possesses oil resistance and puncture resistance that natural rubber does not have, making it more stable when in contact with blood, body fluids, and routine disinfectants.

Manufacturing & Quality Control Logic

Gloves are produced on fully automatic production lines, with key processes including: coagulant dipping, nitrile latex dipping, beading, vulcanization, chlorination, and online pinhole detection.

• Vulcanizationdetermines the tensile strength and elasticity of the glove, and is the core process ensuring the gloves do not tear or become loose during wear.

• Chlorinationreduces the surface stickiness of the gloves, making them smoother to don while reducing the need for powder.

• Online pinhole electro-detectionis a mandatory screening step before each glove leaves the factory, ensuring no invisible micropores are present.

Each batch undergoesAQL sampling (Acceptable Quality Limit)according to ISO 2859-1 general specifications. Inspection items include:

4mil Thickness
The standard thickness of this product is4mil (approx. 0.10mm). This thickness setting is based on years of feedback from medical institutions:

• 2-3mil glovesare considered too thin for examination scenarios. They pose a puncture risk, and some operators report a "lack of security."

• 5-6mil or thicker gloves, while offering stronger protection, significantly reduce tactile transmission and interfere with fine operational judgment.

• 4milstrikes a balance between reliable protection and sensitive touch, and is currently one of the mainstream thickness specifications for medical examination gloves worldwide.
